Terms of Service

Effective September 21, 2026

These terms govern your use of Flow at buyflow.io, including its hosted analytics service and payment-provider integrations.

Support and legal contact: pfcteam@prepforcerts.org

Review your plan and renewal details before you pay. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription from Billing → Manage billing.

1. Agreement and scope

“Flow,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Brian Reynolds, the United States-based operator of the hosted service at buyflow.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Any separately signed agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

2. Accounts and access

Give us accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for use of your account and for the websites and provider accounts you connect. You must have authority to install tracking and access each connected account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We grant you a limited right to use the service for your lawful business activities while you comply with these terms and any applicable plan limits. You may not transfer this right to another person without our agreement.

3. Plans, payments, and cancellation

Flow offers free and paid plans. The Billing page and Stripe checkout show the price, billing interval, and applicable limits before purchase. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes or other charges shown at checkout are additional.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the subscription. Plan changes can create prorated charges or credits as shown in the billing portal. Free plans do not require a subscription payment.

To cancel, open Billing → Manage billing in Flow and complete cancellation in Stripe. The portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Contact support if you cannot access it. Removing a project, disconnecting a provider, or stopping use of the tracker does not cancel your subscription.

Unless a checkout offer or applicable law provides otherwise, fees already paid are not automatically refunded and unused time or usage does not create a refund entitlement. Contact support about billing errors or a refund request. This provision does not limit any mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights.

If payment fails or your usage exceeds a plan limit, service features or event collection can be restricted. An event not collected during a restriction may not be recoverable. We will disclose changes to recurring prices before they apply and provide notice or cancellation rights as required by law.

4. Your data and tracking duties

You retain your rights in data you send to Flow. You give us permission to process it as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle information.

You are responsible for the legal basis for your tracking, your privacy notices, any required consent, and responding to your visitors’ requests. Configure consent and opt-out controls for the places where you operate. Do not send passwords, full card details, sensitive health information, or other data that Flow is not designed to handle. The presence of privacy filters does not remove your responsibility to control what you send.

Where a data processing agreement or other written safeguard is required, contact us to arrange it before sending the affected information. These terms and the public Privacy Policy do not by themselves replace a required data processing agreement.

Reports and imported revenue use a 12-calendar-month retention window. Export information you need to keep longer. Deleting a project removes its active project data; disconnecting a provider stops imports but keeps existing history until it expires or is deleted. Backup copies are subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Payment providers and attribution

Stripe and other connected providers are separate services with their own terms. You authorize Flow to use the access you grant to retrieve or receive the data needed for revenue reports. Flow uses its Stripe App connection to read payment and checkout data for attribution. It does not use this connection to create charges, issue refunds, or move money in your connected account.

Connecting a provider and linking checkout to a visitor are separate setup steps. You are responsible for installing and testing your tracking and checkout changes. Code examples and AI-agent prompts are setup aids; they still require review and testing in your application.

Reports depend on provider availability, event delivery, attribution settings, consent, browser restrictions, currencies, and the data your site supplies. Attribution is an estimate of how visits relate to revenue. It is not an accounting record, tax calculation, guarantee of complete tracking, or financial advice. Check provider records before making financial decisions.

6. Acceptable use and ownership

Do not use Flow for unlawful activity, to collect data without authority, to send malicious code, to bypass access controls or limits, or to disrupt other customers. Do not attempt to access another customer’s data. Report security issues to our support address.

We and our licensors retain rights in the service, software, and Flow branding, except for rights expressly granted to you or under a separate software license. You retain ownership of your own content and data.

7. Availability, suspension, and termination

We work to keep Flow available but do not promise uninterrupted service or a service level unless separately agreed in writing. Maintenance, software changes, faults, and provider outages can affect availability. Beta features can change or be removed.

We may restrict or suspend access for nonpayment, misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we will give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue. Urgent risks may require immediate action.

You can stop using Flow at any time. Cancel any paid subscription separately, export the records you need, and contact support for account closure. Ending service does not cancel unpaid amounts already due or obligations that are intended to continue.

8. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that reports will be complete or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for Flow in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct, and do not remove mandatory consumer or data protection rights.

9. Changes and disputes

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and provide additional notice or request agreement where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights that have already accrued.

If a dispute arises, contact pfcteam@prepforcerts.org so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive any right to a court or regulator available under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
